never any management, half the employes are rude they have limited selection and don’t cross off items when they don’t have them then when u ask for it they say they don’t have it and act like ur stupid! but it’s still on the menu!
Stopped by to grab a quick espresso on our way back down south. Went through the drive through so that's my only experience. Long line but it went super quick. My Americano was great but let's be honest, they're pretty hard to mess up. Friendly person took my order and the same for the person at the window.
Very friendly staff. Always busy, but they do their best to keep the line moving for such a small shop.
Extremely rude employees working within the past couple of months. My most recent experience, I waited at the counter for about a minute with the only acknowledgment being a glare at me for getting in line when they clearly had better things to do-watch coffee brew while I was the only customer. Once I was finally asked my order the girl said they had ran out of mocha for my drink and didn't offer to make a new batch as I would have waited for it. I had ask if they had a recommended substitute and then had to come up with a substitute for the drink as they were not interested in helping me. This location is the only one in the area otherwise I don't think they would have any business. If the closest location wasn't on the parkway, I wouldn't even mind driving 15-20 minutes out of the way to avoid. They seem to not monitor how their employees are treating customers when that is what Starbucks prides itself on. I don't think anyone really takes the time out of their day to write reviews unless it's this bad and it is, the only reason I've wasted my time doing this is so some type of management gets a reality check about how terrible their staff is.
The staff was very friendly and understood what my father and I order better than Barnegat's starbucks in Acme.
