The floral designs where beautiful. Customer service lacked A LOT. My wife found her online and enjoyed her work. So she drove from Philly to her shop, they had a great meeting met on a price then she disappeared. A few months before the wedding we finally get a hold of her and she said "Sorry your order isn't worth my time, you must not of gotten my email."
Bottom line, we spent $40+k on our wedding. But apparently not enough money on flowers because this lady only cares about big orders it would seem.
Michelle is a pleasure to work with and their work is beautiful! MDS also has a cute little shop stocked full of Bridal Party gifts, home decor and other unique finds.
After some back and fourth the deal was back on. So my wife drove all the way back there to meet with her for a second appointment and to give her some ribbon she wanted used. She could hear and see Michelle but her assistant came out and told my wife Michelle was busy and couldn't make the appointment she drove over an hour for. Heart broken my wife left the ribbon and went home.
Michelle and her team did a WONDERFUL job on the flowers for our wedding!! Our guests could not say enough kind things, the flowers were gorgeous!!! Michelle was very easy to work with and was able to accommodate the changes we made leading up to the wedding!! I also wanted to say a quick thanks as our wedding day was a wash out (the island flooded) and we redid some outside photos and Michelle was amazing in letting me borrow one of her silk bouquets for our photo shoot!! If you want gorgeous flowers for your wedding, turn to MDS, you'll be so glad you did!! Thanks Michelle!!!
The flowers on the wedding day where great. Zero complaints there. However, I'm positive we were missing an arraignment but after me emailing her and then her calling my wife back instead of me we just felt like we were ready to move on from her.
Michelle was the absolute best! Our flowers were STUNNING and more importantly, EXACTLY what we asked for. Michelle was accommodating, flexible and honest. In addition to our flowers, I purchased monogram robes and bags for my bridesmaids. Michelle was responsive and very professional. I couldn't have asked for more beautiful flowers for our special day. She is truly the best!!!
Michelle and her team were so great to work with for my wedding. The floral decor was exactly as I imagined it.
