Kline brothers are the worst. I had pavers done this passed summer and a lot sunk in. My Aunt just twisted her ankle on one. I been arguing back and forth and they can careless to come back to fix the mistake they made. On top of it all the workers they sent to do the job looked like all criminals. One kept rhyming to himself he may have been under the influence.
No soil erosion control leaving curb edges filled with dirt as much as 2 houses away. I have a weed garden along my curb now waiting for them to clean up after themselves.
Very unprofessional staff. Loud blasting music with no consideration for their surroundings. Dry cutting instead of wet, leaving the neighbor's house and cars covered in dust. Even after confronting on the issue. No concern by the owners. What didn't land on the house and cars went into the lagoon with no environmental concerns.
Wow! We are so glad we didn't listen to those old bad reviews......We hired Kline Brothers and from the estimate through the completed job they were FANTASTIC! Outstanding workmanship, fair pricing, and the staff....simply stated, it's customer service all the way! Thank you Kline Brothers, for making our home oais a better place!
First time writing a review here but wanted to take the time to drop a note of appreciation to Josh and the entire team at Kline Brothers. We hired Kline Brothers for a fairly large project involving all new landscaping, fencing, pavers, and a pool at a new construction residential home project in Beach Haven. Not being local we asked Josh to run with all, and coordinate the timing of the items on his end with the builder. It was great to see that without us having to be overly involved that Kline Brothers was proactive on all, and came through like Josh said he would. The look, the timing, and the price was what we received exactly as it was laid out at our initial meeting with no surprises. It's hard to know whom to trust with such an important task but we are very glad that they were recommended and a special thanks to Josh and the other folks in his office (Anthony, Maureen, Etc..) that were nice and easy to work with. Thanks again for delivering exactly as planned with no surprises as it seems harder and harder to find the trustworthy firms that can delivery on all fronts like they did.
