I've strongly believe that it is important to have competent real estate help to minimize your stress and help you through the process so it goes as seamless as possible. No need to go anywhere else, these folks are great! It took us a few months to close on selling our home. A lot factors that I won't get into but I know for a fact if I had any other firm doing this deal, it would not have gone through. Very professional and on top of everything.
