Typically, the acronym DMV isn't synonymous with friendliness and customer service. At the Stafford Branch, it most certainly is. These are some wonderful people, and even when it's overflowing with people, there is a really kind vibe there.
Got there at 5, place closes at 530. They told me that I could wait but I might not get seen and I would have waited for nothing if they don't get to my number by 530. It is not our problem if there is people in the place. What other business can do that? You lock the doors when you close and help anyone left. Poor customer service. This is why people hate the DMV
Always fast and easy. Helpful staff. If you're nice to the staff, they will go out of their way to be helpful
This place is a joke to get your car inspected. I had a bald guy inspect my car and put a rejection sticker on my car. I asked him why did he fail my car? And he didn't respond. After asking him three times he finally told me why. What is with the people in this world and communication? This man obviously needs to be retrained or take communation skills courses.
