The food was great and the service was excellent. We also didn't have to wait long to be seated. I love eating at Olive Garden
Trying to decide which was more pleasant, the hair in my salad, or the hair in my pasta. Seriously, I gave them a second chance (against my better judgment) after finding a hair in my salad, and boy, was I disappointed. Called the manager over and she said "oh no, I'm sorry, we'll re-cook that for you right away". I said no thank you, we are leaving. She approached me as we left and presented me with a bill for my guest's meal (which was not eaten since we left shortly upon the arrival and inspection of the food. I looked at her and she realized she made a mistake, and said "I'm sorry for what happened, we'll take care of this. Hope to see you again some time." Yes, you will see me again some time - passing by on my way to a cleaner restaurant.

The waitress was automatically rude but I ignored it at first. She let my water get empty as well as waiting a while for breadsticks and it wasn't busy at all! Then when I wasn't even finished with my plate she took it away without asking and walked off...RUDE! Oh and to top it off I've spent all night in the bathroom because they obviously don't know how to handle their food correctly. I don't recommend this olive garden and will never be back!
Here's the thing about Olive Garden, I go exclusively for the soup, salad and bread sticks. Occasionally I'll get the unlimited pasta bowl special, but that's really it. I love the consistency of my order, because it's always the exact same. The salad dressing is to die for. The staff is generally nice, but I've had so many hit or miss servers. See have been a little overbearing, but fortunately they are good at refilling drinks and dishes. Also, you simply can't beat the Andes mints at the end of the meal.
