Please in your outings strongly consider this restaurant. The visit on 11/25/17 evening was filled with great service, knowledgeable staff, and a great host (Angela). The service attendant (Mario) was attentive, respectful, and willing to accommodate the menu to satisfy a customer’s taste with the chefs in the back making sure the meal was to satisfaction. My friend and I are truly impressed by the atmosphere. Afterwards, we meet with the management to say, Thank You.
Usually it's pretty good, but tonight our Neapolitan was more like a tomato pie, very burnt, and had tears in it making eating with your hands difficult. Hopefully, our next trip will be better or we may reconsider coming back.
After my first visit of complete satisfaction; the organization needs know, I will be seeing them again soon.
Poor experience.
Delicious homemade Italian food. Yes, the kitchen was kinda slow. Yes, we had to wait 30+ mins to be seated on a Sunday evening. But the staff is very friendly, and the food is really tasty -- we tried pizza, pasta, appetizers and dessert. And, it's BYOB with a liquor store across the street. They do takeout, too.
Asked for a large cheese pizza (not brick oven).
After forty minutes of waiting I asked the waitress how much longer. She replied 10 more minutes. How many places does it take almost an hour to make a cheese pizza. It didn't seem crowded at all.

Every time we go to Brazzi, I wonder why we don't go more often. The food is always great and the specials are excellent. We had the stuffed long hot pepper appetiser, it was the size of a full meal. The stuffing was homemade veal sausage, with a veal, mushroom, butter sauce that complemented the hot pepper and sweet sausage perfectly. The two of us split the one app. And there is still an appetizer size portion for both of us to enjoy at home tonight. Go there, order your favorite Italian food, or try something new, you can't make a bad choice.
I asked to speak with the manager. He was very unimpressive. Said he could whip one up in 5 minutes (that was the problem). Also blamed the cooks and wait staff.
