Tom is a great guy with super fair pricing... I had an emergency and he fixed my whole roof immediatly... his guys did an amazing job, did a great job cleaning up, and even got most of the nails cleaned up from the yard... Thank you Tom... if I run into any problems I'll definitely call you again!

I used T. Nolan for my rental property on LBI and he was great to deal with. Everything was done on time with a good clean up. I would recommend, he was even on the job when I stopped to check up.
Should have a zero star option, because he certainly earned it. See the damage for yourself. Buyer beware.
Took the money and ran. Gave 10 year warranty in writing, but didn''t return calls when the roof he installed started leaking. When he finally showed up, he didn't fix the leaks. Pitch on the roof needed correcting, he never addressed it. Thousands of dollars in damage, due to his poor workmanship. Still under warranty, but T. Nolan does not honor it.
