The absolute best company we have used in the past three years of living on LBI. The vehicles were clean and very nice, they have been consistently on time, and the prices are more than fair. On more than one occasion I have had the opportunity of the owner driving us and you can tell that he cares about his company and his customers. I highly recommend this company
I booked a super stretch limo for up to 14 people for the Neil Diamond Concert on June 20th; after several days waiting for an e-mail confirmation, I called and spoke to a man who said his name was "John" and that he was the owner. He was extremely rude, nasty, condescending, and obnoxious. Rather than check into the issue and answer my questions in a professional manner, he decided to accuse me of not checking my spam folder and said he was going to cancel my reservation. I had already given my credit card information when the reservation was first made. I called back again, finally getting Danielle on the phone (the woman with whom I originally booked this reservation) and she found the reservation and realized that the e-mail had been sent to an incorrectly spelled address. She immediately sent it to the proper address. She was a pleasure to deal with on both occasions; the "owner" needs a major attitude adjustment if he wants to continue working with the public. No excuse for such behavior. UPDATE!!! I received a wonderful e-mail from the actual owner of this company (the man with whom I spoke was not, in fact, an owner as he stated, but a fill-in dispatcher); he was extremely apologetic about what happened and made it abundantly clear that he does not tolerate such behavior from anyone in his employ. Consequently, this abrasive employee is no longer working for Preferred Limousine and LBI Limousine & Car Service. I couldn't be happier about the outcome, as this company had received many positive reviews from its customers. Thank you, John D'Araneo, for your quick response to a very unpleasant experience. I look forward to doing business with you!
Best Limo experience I have ever had. The ride was so nice. the driver was so friendly and you can tell he loves what he does. We had a great trip. Will be using them again for sure.
