I went to customer service to pay off a bill , there was a customer who was becoming irritated because something wasn't working with his card , Margery who was working at the desk handled the situation in a calm manner . She was great ! She had a very pleasant attitude !
Typical Kohls store with plenty of sales and marked down merchandise... The employees are helpful as usual... Great place for clothes and gifts... The only thing that would make this five stars is if all the shelves of Tshirts and clothes were folded nicely - but this would be an impossible feat to keep it that way because people are basically pigs... ;-)
Great customer service, like seriously amazing! They have a great selection for men, women and children!
