Placed an online order to be picked up from the store. Called them to let them know I would be a day late in picking the order. The man told me it wouldn't be a problem. I went to the store to pick it up and they don't know where it went to and was possibly put back on the shelf. There is very poor communication and she. I called to speak to the manager they leave you on hold for a very long time.
The starbucks inside rejected my card and I only had 4 dollars in cash, but the nice cashier just gave me the coffee.
Extremely neat and clean store. Very well stocked. Even during the hectic insanity of Christmas shoppers, every employee I came in contact with was pleasant, polite and helpful. Short wait times to check out, and a self service checkout is available.
Restroom could have used a little attention, but it was understandable since there were many people shopping. Easily accessible right off of the parkway, exit 83, and you getting back onto the parkway was quite easy with excellent signage. Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience and a very nice store.
Staff was courteous and friendly. Super helpful as well. Store was very clean as were the bathrooms which was a big plus for me. Good selection of food as well as everything else for the house. Love the Starbucks on the inside of it too for when I need a quick boost. Would definitely come back here again.
