My grandfather who is 68 years old and on six liters of oxygen went here for a simple ear wax removal he said the doctor was absolutely phenomenal that he was really nice it was pain free and everything went smoothly when he was leaving the office he asked numerous aides or nurses whatever to assist him down the building they're on the third floor he needed help and none of them acknowledged him and one of them said they were too busy luckily I Live 5 minutes from this place and I had just got home from work or else I would have been with him for this appointment he calls me and tells me he can't make it down the yo his truck because his oxygen he left in the car I get there I helped him in the elevator I bring his oxygen to him we had to take 4 breaks to get to his vehicle I was absolutely livid at how unkind and how inconsiderate these aides were I mean if an elderly man ask for help to his truck you would think somebody would find a wheelchair in this medical building or at least find the kindness in their heart to help this man get down to his car safely he couldn't breathe he didn't have his oxygen tank and these women ignored him and didn't acknowledge Him that's unbelievable I'm livid and disgusted at how these "nurses" treated him.
