Dr Antebi is one of best pain mngnt doctors in New Jersey ,he ask questions, evaluate me every single time ,he ask follows up on my case ,orders proper tests and always gave smile on he's face .I been diagnosed with M.S. and took me few Years to find right doctor who will understand my condition and treated properly. I highly recommended Dr Antebi as Pain mngnt.
Horrible service . Hours long of waiting . First visit they didn't even check me in and I live 40 min away! This visit computers are down no one can make appointments and they lost my new patient packet of my information. Again I wasn't seen due to their lack of preparation . Don't bother going. Waste of time and gas .
So far I have been a patient at this office for a month and every time I've made an appointment it has been the most complicated experience I've ever had with a doctors office. The staff was both dishonest about the insurances they take because they are trying to get cash only, the staff was overly rude when making an appointment and the lazy nature of the front desk staff make it all the worse! I've needed to call in every payment I've made to this doctor due to the lethargic nature of his scheduling staff. This is the second time in a row I've sat waiting for 3 hours to be called into his office just to find out they forgot my appointment... How does this even happen? I plan to make any future appointments with any other Doctor as soon as possible because bringing this place into my life has only caused me further pain and nothing about coming to this place is convenient. So in all, the rude staff, disorganization, failing to schedule properly, and overall harsh difficulty of making this doctor my pain management specialist has been a nightmare and I highly recommend finding a doctor elsewhere and avoid the mistake I made coming here.
They give you an appointment and you are waiting for 4 hours of your appointment time they are the worst I recommend you don't go to this doctor in 1170 beacon ave in manahawkin I myself have been waiting for 3 to 4 hours and they claim to be 1:30 m late but the reality is a good 3to 5 hours waiting time . Their office in Northfield is shortest but never been there but their office in Manahawkin is outrageous waiting time of 4 hours or more no exaggeration.
I would never go there again and that's allI will say!
