Family owned and run. Owner treats everyone like family. He goes out of his way to get you what you need, when you need it. Sick of dealing with big chains and high-pressure sales people that work off of commission? Then this is the place for you.
I went to the store and picked out a full size mattress and matching box spring. I also purchased a bed frame. In addition, I paid $50 to have the three delivered, but when the boxspring was brought in, I knew it was not the one that I had picked out. When we called the store and spoke with the owner, he told me there was a rip in the boxspring I had picked out, so he decided to switch it out with another. I was never informed of this switch until it was delivered. The matching box spring was better quality and that's what I wanted. He said, "I gave you a white one that will go with everything." Never said he would order a new one for me.
I paid for a matching set, but did not receive what I paid for. Bad customer service.
Best place to buy furniture. Owner is very respectful. The store is very clean. Good quality furniture. I would recommend it to anyone.
