Very positive experience. Beverly spent a great deal of time helping me with my choices for a bedroom set. No incompetence with sales personnel here. It is not high end furniture, but certainly acceptable and affordable.

Greatest experience at Value City Furniture in Manahawkin. Beverly (our sales associate) went above and beyond to help us not only pick out the furniture we were looking for but also to help us pick the best color to fit into our family room color scheme. Every one in the Manahawkin store was friendly and we spent a lot of time looking at different couches and there was no pressure from anyone to buy (I really liked that). I would recommend Value City Furniture to anyone. You won't find a nicer group of people who are willing to go out of their way to help you with your next Furniture purchase.
Terri Jurik was exceptional. While buying a lift chair for my family member she was helpful and very courteous. She explained things in detail and was obviously very knowledgeable about the different models. She advised and recommended the extended warranty however it never felt pushy as it sometimes can. If I ever purchase another item at this store it will be with Terri.
Furniture order delivered on time and complete. Drivers were polite, efficient unpacking and inspecting all the pieces. Left no trash.
Always a great experience. The salespeople tell you to look around and come back to them with questions. There is no pressure. No one is on top of you while you browse. Anthony was excellent. He told us to find what we liked, then he would give us his opinions of what he thought we might like. Turns out, we were totally on the same page! They are so easy to deal with.
