Always happy with in store shopping great customer service from people working in departments. On the other side I have twice ordered online for in store pickup and have waited several days without receiving a call. First time after week stopped in and was told my order was frozen to the ground and they could not unfreeze it. Just yesterday I went in and was told my order was ready. Waited for her to look on the small parts shelf for a 10,000 BTU AC. When ask why I was not call she stated "I don't know, next." Home Depot is right next store they should not be so ignorant.
This review is for Jim in the flooring department. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to teach us a lot about hardwood flooring. He really knew his stuff! Jim was able to point us in the right direction and give us his honest opinion about different types of flooring. I would have made the wrong flooring choices for my home if it were not for him. He is definitely an asset to the store!

We ordered a refrigerator, washer and dryer from Lowe's and upon delivery it was the worst experience I ever had. I highly recommend that you purchase appliances elsewhere besides Lowe's. For 30 years I always ordered from PC Richards and never had a problem but my first time ordering appliances from Lowe's and was a complete nightmare. Never again. Don't say I didn't warn you: ( Today 05/19/17 we went to PC Richards ordered the same exact refrigerator, Samsung $200 cheaper and not a problem with carrying the refrigerator to the second floor. I guess Corporate doesn't read the reviews because not one phone call regarding our situation so I guess they don't want our business.
