Sometimes is hard to find help in the department you're looking in
The workers were very helpful and very nice.
Went to pick up a Sawzall that was under warranty for my son. I spoke to a woman by the name of Erin Who is absolutely a joy to deal with very pleasant . I needed RV anti-freeze and I asked her where it was , she took me over to the spot where she thought it was and wasn't there . She then directed me to another spot and there it was I thanked her for her help . I loaded up two broken cases brought it over the register and apparently it wasn't the antifreeze that I found online although it said they were 39 gallons of it in the store it was actually three dollars a gallon more ( no price on display)I caught the mistake and asked the lady where the other anti-freeze was , she said I don't know somewhere up in hardware ,someplace up there with a nasty attitude. I explained that Erin already looked there and it wasn't there, she continued to tell me well I don't know then . My son is a contractor and he will not be doing any more business there . If you don't like your job where you were not a people person then go find another job .
