First time I tried to utilize this place , it's closed . Second time for a vac belt the same ?
Update - One month of this ordeal to get our vacuum back and our credit card refunded and that wasn't until I contacted the BBB and the Stafford PD as we could not get the business to return calls. Avoid it by all counts.
So far not impressed. They have had our vacuum for two weeks now. We paid for a tech to review and advise what was wrong. Two weeks and not one call. We have left a message, no call. I tried calling today, fax machine picks up. Not happy and they have my Dyson!
