I went in to the Manahawkin location last week to buy some things for my dog and cat. I frequent Petsmart in Howell due to the fact that I am not from the area. But I must say that I was very pleased with my experience at this location from the minute I walked in. I was greeted by a nice girl named Theresa. And she went above and beyond helping me find what I needed because I was not familiar with this particular location. I will definately return to this location the next time I am in the area & hope to see Theresa again she is a great asset to your company.

Went in for Black Friday today. Everyone in this store was no help and seemed miserable with their lives. Don't work around people if you're just a nasty human being. The only thing saving this review from having 1 star is the nice girl at the register. I didn't get her name but she was young with long, dark hair. She's the only one with a smile and willing to help.
Great supplies but mediocre grooming and mostly nice staff except one nasty employee with the name of “Duncan” He is always very miserable and constantly making snarky comments under his breathe and throwing things. Ive come in a few times to buy things and unfortunately his register is the only ome open.
