Returned a leased GM vehicle the staff was very nice and the entire process took little time
My Suburban broke down on a Sunday while we were out of town. I had it towed to the dealership and left it overnight. I received a phone call from the service department mid morning Monday. The truck was diagnosed and I received a quote for the repairs that afternoon. The work was done very quickly and I received a phone call Tuesday telling me I could pick up the car the next morning. The staff was really great communicating everything to me, no estimates for unnecessary repairs. Overall great experience, honest and trustworthy establishment. Only wish I lived closer I would have all of my maintenance done there!
