Good service is what I've come to expect at Causeway Honda. Making an appointment is always quick and easy and they always have available appointment times that work for me. Everyone there is always friendly and courteous. There are no long wait times when I arrive and while my car is being serviced. I like the option of either waiting at the dealership or getting a call when my car is ready. The biggest takeaway is that I love knowing that my car is being serviced by the best and that I can trust that its going to give me the best performance out on the road. We REALLY did our research before we purchased our 2017 Pilot. We were thinking about another CRV but always wanted a Pilot. Yesterday, I was concerned about the condition of my CRV battery because I could not start the engine, the day before. So I brought the car in to the service section and talked to Kirsten, I told her I wanted the battery checked and, if necessary, I wanted it replaced. And though it was an unscheduled call, she had the battery checked immediately - the battery was replaced and I was on my way in short order, I could not have asked for anything more. Therefore, I think she should be commended for the way she represents your organization and her approach to customer service.
