My son went to this establishment to have his Ford Explorer serviced, it was a free service! His car was running fine before they touched it! He heads home, his vehicle begins to cut off! He calls them to complain and is told that he would have to pay $90 for a diagnostic! Trying to make some money, because he didn’t have to pay anything for the ooil change and whatever else they did to the car! Basic bait and switch! We’ll do this for free, but get you for something else more expensive! We’re reporting you to Consumer Affairs and anybody else! Rip off artists!!!
This was the easiest vehicle purchase ever and I/we have purchased quite a few vehicles in our time. I absolutely suggest this place of you're looking for an affordable vehicle for yourself or a family member. Justin, our salesman, was professional, courteous, patient and not at all pushy (like some sales people at other dealerships). Seek him out when you're ready for your next purchase.
