I can't express into words how happy I am that hot or not added Mysore Ashtanga to the schedule. Mysore is such an awesome class you have the opportunity to come in anytime and not worry about being late. And work your practice at your own pace. Loren Russo is an incredible teacher who pays 110% to every single student who walks in the room. thank you hot or not for adding all the new Ashtanga classes !!!
Class was great, teacher was great…front desk lady was very uninviting, especially when its your first time there and classes are $18 a piece!! Common now :(
Loren Russo's morning Mysore is peaceful and joyful. A magical morning experience that you must try. I loved sharing my morning practice with soooo many lovely friends. My heart warmed as each entered and began. Please join us Tuesday's and Thursday's 6 am to 9 am. Namaste.
I had a wonderful experience with the ladies of Hot or Not yoga when I was lucky enough to be at the Xinalani retreat center in Mexico. I joined their retreat for multiple yoga classes a day - led by Sam and Joell and each class was AWESOME. Both in terms of technique and instruction -- and music! Additionally, everyone on the Yoga retreat had a wonderful attitude. Truth be told, if I had just taken the classes at Xinalani I would have been bummed -- but the teachers from Hot or Not saved me -- and helped me get my body back in yoga shape. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them for everyday classes and retreats!
I love this place! I've been going for about a month now, and so far have loved each and every class. They offer classes from gentle restorative, to hot and sweating. The instructors are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this yoga studio.
