I give zero stars on hold forever noone picks up u call to tell then ur gonna be late they keep u on hold for 45 min so by that time ur appt has come n gone it's bs. Noone speaks English. I'm not a racist but if ur working in the medical field make sure your English is prestine these are ppls lives were talking about.
I'd like to give this place zero stars. As an expecting mother of my first child I went to ohi because they accepted my new insurance, huge mistake. Unprofessional, dirty- I mean filthy - urine samples left lying around everywhere. The staff wear their street clothes, I got a pelvic exam from an np wearing boots and an open sweater! No scrubs on anyone. I left in tears. I will be returning to my original Obgyn and pay out of pocket. Ohi is a disgusting facility. DONT RISK YOUR HEALTH AND WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST! NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!! I HAD TO ASK THE THE STAFF TO REPEAT THEMSELVES 50 TIMES BC I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND THEM! THERE IS NO REAL DOCTORS JUST NURSE PRACTITIONER {WHOM BY THE WAY DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING}●●○●○●○◇●○●○
Horrible customer service!! On hold forever, and theres always a snippy response once you finally do get ahold of them.
Been to this location multiple times. Friendly and helpful. Nurses and practitioner's were excellent. I DO NOT agree with the poor reviews. This place is busy since it treats ALL ages and needs but still treats you as an individual. Try it! No problems for me. Highly Recommend.
