Needed an uncommon tire for a recently purchased truck on a holiday weekend. Called Friday, they had it delivered to the shop faster than I could get there, despite the 4th of July shore traffic. It only took 20 minutes from the time I arrived until the time I paid and drove off on my new tire. Great customer service. Went above and beyond. Will certainly do business there again.
Ken at the front desk is always very nice. You can have a cup of coffee while they change oil and watch tv.
I have been doing business with MasterCraft for many years now. I have the pleasure of using 3 of 4 of there facilities and always treated with upmost respect and professionism.
These guys never finished the job in a timely manner. I think they take more business than they can handle. They did half the job on two separate occasions. Plain and simple, don't waste your money or time here.
