Have been dealing with them for over ten years and always had a good experience they have kept my 2003 TrailBlazer in perfect condition with almost 400000 miles on it the people that work there are very courteous and friendly I won't go anywhere else they are great
These guys went way out of their way to help me!!! Truly an amazing experience! While on vacation at the Jersey shore, I got a flat tire and needed to have the tire replaced. I was leaving to go home the next day. Bernie went way above and beyond to find a replacement tire for my Audi. Not only that but he sent one of his guys to pick up the tire from an Audi dealer about an hour away, on a Saturday. Customer service at its best. Thank you to Bernie and the crew at SBR.

Took car there to have it diagnosed. When I got there the owner was out front arguing with what I would assume was a former employee by the way they were talking. He made himself look extremely trashy. The owner was also extremely unprofessional, he started to tell us with an attitude “I’m not going to get to your car today” and then stopped himself. He called a few hours later to tell us the car wouldn’t communicate with his computer. The next day I didn’t hear from him at all, finally I called at 2:30 pm and was told he would call me back in ten minutes, I didn’t hear from him until 6:30 and that was only because my mother went in there to drop one of her vehicles off for an oil change and stood there to make sure he would call me back. He then proceeded to tell me that the part my car needed would cost $800-1000, we looked online for the exact same part and both parts we needed cost $450 WITH overnight shipping. So he was marking up the part more than 100%. Went and got my car and they had my car parked in between two other vehicles like it was a tin can to the point where you couldn’t even open my car door. It took them 15 minutes to find my car keys. The next morning I looked at my car (it was dark out when I picked it up) and in the daylight, we saw they had dripped a ton of apoxy all over the whole side of my car. We called the owner again and he said “oh do you want to bring it back in?” Yeah cause I would definitely bring my vehicle back in to that disaster of a shop. In the end they were completely wrong in the diagnosis of my car. It needed new air filters, which I’m sure he saw and thought he was gonna make a quick $1500-2000 off of two 25 year olds. Beware to anyone who tries to bring their vehicle into this repair shop. The owner is a weasel, and will try to rob you. This is just one instance of how this guy has tried to rob me, this is the second time he has done something like this to me.
Always treated great and a nice shop to wait in. Plus free and excellent lifetime maintenance services on the tires I purchased there.
