Been going to Linda's for 5 years. They are wonderful. Nikki does my nails and she's the best, but everyone is great.
HORRIBLE. I got a gel nail refill about a week and a half ago if not sooner. One of my nails cracked and i had to rip the tip off because of how bad it hurt bending back and forth - because of where it cracked half my actual nail had to come off as well. Soon after that happened my pinky and thumb started to hurt and i soon found out the same thing had happened to both of those nails too. It was frustrating having to pay almost $10 extra for my fill and leaving a big tip because they looked awesome then having all of this happen. I went in 1/6/17 and the owner came over as I'm saying I'm not going to pay again to have them fixed because thats ridiculous. So she sits me down and has NO regard for the level of pain I'm in from my pinky holding on for dear life and tried to get out of fixing my thumb that was cracked as well. She argued with me the entire time saying i hit my nails and thats what made them crack, but anyone thats been getting acrylics/gel nails KNOWS they would remember something like that. I sure do every time i accidentally do it. She also tried to use acrylic to fix my nails - when i had blatantly said i have gel nails. As I'm sitting there one of the other employees says "F**k you!" to another tech in front of me and another woman. THEN the owner charged me $10 to file of the polish left on my other nails. Will never go here again and would advise anyone getting acrylic/gel nails not go here either.
My nails were way too think and very sloppily painted, the manager himself did them and he was rushing the whole time Manager was rude and refused to discount more than 5 dollars. Don't bother with this place
