Got it fixed. It's now twice as thick!!!! Poor work, and this was after I showed him the chips. He tried to get away with painting over the nail I said no you have to do the acrylic. Then he FILED my nail down to match and now this fingernail is much shorter than the rest I had to keep stepping in to make sure he did what've was supposed to do not some half ass job. And it still looks terrible. I will not come back here again. And it's a shame because the young lady there is very sweet and does a fantastic job with eyebrows.
I have come here to have my nails done before by a woman . It was ok. This time not so much with someone else with John. He had ensured that he could do my fill-in. Well every five minutes. Yes. Literally every five minutes he stopped to help and do other things. But when he got to me. He rushed the the process and skipped the lotions and cuticle treatment.
I went in today with a friend for a gel manicure. I have gone here every 10 days for a manicure for the past 6 months. I already had gel polish on my nails so it had to be taken off using the soak method. As my friend was getting her nails done, they just made me wait with acetone on my skin for 30 minutes then kept telling me no when I said it needed to come off because my skin was burning. I took the foil off myself because it was hurting and then the woman handed me the tool to scrape off the polish myself. I scraped the polish off by myself as she proceeded to tell all the other workers in the salon what I was doing. Multiple people came over to look and not one person helped me or took off the polish. I decided to leave without getting my nails done. They just lost a customer forever.
Im done! my nails never last! this time NOT even 5 hours and my gel polish is streaky chipped. 3rd times not always a charm 17$ wasted for a polish change
April 30:
I wanted to have tips/gel done. I told them I wanted their best tech. I ended up with John and thick, lumpy nails not to mention a bleeding finger. Constantly on his cell phone while doing my nails. Won't be going back. $95.00 wasted.
The nails look all wonky and after being done on a Saturday, they are chipped.
Top Nails is wonderful! They do excellent gel manicures and their pedicures are so relaxing!! The staff is always pleasant and accommodating! Love them! : )
