Terrible. The worst salon my mom, sister, and I have EVER been to. Do not go here. My sister simply wanted her hair curled and the girl couldn't even manage to curl hair!!!!!! I had an appointment for an updo and I walked in to the girl telling me she couldn't braid and she could NOT do an updo at all. So disappointed actually went home and re did our hair ourselves. Waste of money and time.

I'm now disgusted with the service at Ulta. The tall woman in the prestige section couldn't be bothered with me. Pawned me off to a guy who could not give me Clinique samples I'd asked for. He had to find her. She came halfway down the isle & asked which product I needed help with. (I'd already told her in the beginning). I said "if you come over here, I'll show you". She would only give me one sample of the Superbalanced foundation I requested. Really!!! How am I supposed to know now which one is for me. I find her very rude. I'm ready to take all my business to the competitors. I feel......ageism going on.
Honestly the worst Ulta I've ever been to. I've gone into the store many of times and have never gotten any service except being asked to move out of the way so they could restock shelves in the middle of the day. Just last week I was in the store for a good 45 minutes trying to find a new foundation and not one employee asked me if I need help. They just stood in the front of the store talking. When I went to approach an employee she turned in the opposite direction and walked into a back room. Because of this I will probably take my business elsewhere because the level of service is awful.
