I got my eyebrows waxed and the lady completely changed my shape, and one of my eyebrows starts in the middle of my eye. Y'all ain't ever gonna see me again lmao don't let people who don't know what they're doing wax eyebrows
I have been going to this place for pedicures for the last 7 years in the summer. Had THE WORST pedicure last week. The guy that works there literally did a 10 minute pedi. I asked him to scuff my heels, which he did for 2 seconds each. When I said something, he told me if he did it, I would bleed. Not the case! There was still dead skin on my heels. He put lotion of both legs, but never rubbed it in. I complained to Jenny, and she had someone else attempt to fix the horrible service. He ran in to the back room and didn't come out. He polished my toes like a 3 year old would. This man has no business touching any client...period!! For the first time in my life, I left without giving a tip. The women there are great, he should have been fired!!
Never going back. I used to go here to get pedicures with my sister but I refuse to go back because my toes always gets infected after. I also used to go here to get my eyebrows waxed but won't be going back to do that either since they not only ripped off my skin!! But they also stated bleeding after I left. I guess they really have no idea what they are doing.. time to find a new nail place.
Worst nail experience EEEVVVERRRR!!!!!! They made two of my nails gush blood, they used dirty tools, and continued to do my nails disregarding the fact that my fingers were gushing blood. The nail attendant was so disgusted with the fact that my fingers were bleeding, despite the fact that he was responsible for it. Overall disappointing and will not be returning.
